We can offer uniquely designed wellness workshops based on decades of experience and training in trauma and conflict resolution, animal therapy, trauma sensitive yoga and nature based learning. We work with the principles of the body release, welcoming all parts of self, attachment reconnection, animal wisdom and nature based teachings.

Situated under the stunning mountains of Hanes Junction in the Yukon Territories, Heart Haven Farm is a place centered on the connection of the hearts to support a sense of ease, peace, and internal knowing. We value every member of the herd and believe in the best of each being. We know the struggles and hurts of life and also know there is a way through it, through the connection with the animals, the land, and each other.
